A Kent local.
Building for Kent.
PNW Pickleball Club isn't a franchise. It's a community project, built by a neighbor who wanted a better place to play.
Clinton Motley
I'm an engineer by trade, a Kent local, and a dad with a 2-year-old and another on the way. I love pickleball, but my schedule doesn't leave room to drive 20+ minutes to the nearest indoor courts. I've always wanted a place I could hit on a lunch break or head straight after work without sitting in traffic. Somewhere to take the family on a rainy weekend without making a whole trip out of it.
I bring the same discipline to this project that I bring to my engineering career — rigorous planning, the right professional partners, and relentless execution. I want to get it right for the community, which means I need to hear from you. Fill out the survey, no strings attached — your feedback directly shapes what we build.
This isn't a corporate expansion or a franchise. It's a local operator who saw a gap in the community and assembled the right team to fill it. Kent deserves a dedicated pickleball club, and we're building one.
Location secured — Buildout underwayThe gap is real.
Kent has 136,000 residents and 350,000 people within a 15-minute drive. South King County players deserve a home court — not shared gym time, not rain-delayed outdoor courts, not a 30-minute drive to the Eastside.
We're building a locally owned, community-driven club where members come first — with capped membership so you always get court time when you want it.
PNW Pickleball Club is filling that gap.
